Office based role in an independent farm and equine vet practice working alongside our reception team. We are an enthusiastic team committed to providing the highest level of service possible to our clients. As we are expanding we are looking to create a new role to assist our reception and vet team.
Initial Duties will include-
Answering the phone to clients and assisting with managing the diary.
Serving clients who come to the practice to pick up animal medicines
Cleaning all areas of the practice and vet equipment
Admin duties e.g. filing, checking emails etc.
Further responsibilities will be given depending on progression these may include in house lab work and assisting with export work.
Full training will be provided. The successful applicant will be enrolled on the AMTRA SQP training course to become a Registered Animal Medicines Advisor.
Must be able to work under pressure and use own initiative, be reliable and punctual. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Good attention to detail and able to follow set protocols.
Essential skills and requirements:
Basic IT skills required for checking emails, booking out products etc.
Experience in customer service would be beneficial.
Interest in agriculture and or equine essential.
Three GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics, English and in a Science subject or Food Production
Working pattern:Customer Experience Host
25 hours. Rota to be confirmed but all hours will be between 8am-5pm Some weekend work required on a rota basis.
