Front of house staff receives, welcomes, and relays the requests of customers at restaurants. We are looking for a trusty, well-presented Front of house staff to supplement our existing team.
The front of house assistant will work alongside manager to oversee all operations at the restaurant (excluding kitchen). They will help maintain the restaurants appearance and cleanliness, ensuring good customer service, managing the stock by keeping work areas organised, taking orders correctly and efficiently and learning how to use the POS system.
You are required to come dressed appropriately for work, smart pants, shoes and black top.
This is an assistant role so restaurant manager may delegate other tasks while on the job.
Some examples of your job responsibilities are:
– Keeping dining areas clean and organised
– Mixing pouring beverages, as needed
– Accepting orders over the phone and in person
– Providing good customer service
– Welcoming guests into the restaurant and seating them
Essential skills and requirements:
People skills, good communication, organised, can work in a stressful environment, good time management.
25 hours. Weekdays:
Start shift: 4:30PM End Shift 9:30PM – 10:00PM
Start Shift 4:30PM End Shift: 10:00PM – 10:30PM
