Job Placement Summary
The job placement requires the following;

Under taking and carrying out first and second fix joinery related tasks involved in the production of timber lodges. Examples of the work that would be carried out would be;

• Assisting in the cutting and fixing of floor joists
• Assisting in the cutting and fixing of floor panels
• Assisting in assembling and erecting partitions
• Assisting in the cutting and fixing of roof rafters
• Assisting in the cutting and fixing of skirtings and architraves
• Assisting in the cutting and fixing of internal and external cladding materials
• Assisting in the fitting and fixing of windows and window linings
• Assisting in the cutting and fitting of laminate flooring
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and tidy work area

Essential skills and requirements:
None

Working pattern:
42.5 hours. 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate of pay:
National Minimum Wage
