Duties include general cleaning within the kitchen, maintaining safe working environment, loading dishwasher and putting away clean items. Controlling refuse and assisting chefs when needed.
This position could lead to Assisting Chefs with some food preparation if the successful candidate shows potential.
Essential skills and requirements:
Good communication skill, food handling experience an advantage, GCSE education level
25-32 hours. 3 to 4 days per week on 7 day rota, some straight and split shifts depending on business levels. Possibility of extra hours during high season.
