Joanne will be considering how organisations can take a more holistic and long-term approach to managing employee mental health and wellbeing, focusing on the pivotal role of the line manager in providing support for employees.

Resilience is for wimps… discuss
Mark Pannone – Adapt and Evolve Consultancy
Mark will be exploring the topic of ‘Resilience is for wimps… discuss’. He will discuss how to be more resilient and where resilience comes from. Although personal resilience is vital, it is often not fully understood. This talk will give an overview of key actions everyone should take to improve personal and team resilience.
