New member services coming April 2023!

We’re excited to be launching a range of new member services, designed to help you elevate your employee offering at a time when businesses are facing significant recruitment and retention challenges and staff continue to juggle the challenges of the cost-of-living crisis.

To deliver these new services we have increased our prices, which you can find further details of here. I’m sure you’ll agree that the added value in your membership far outweighs the associated price increase.

Here’s a full rundown of the new services coming into affect from 1st April 2023.

1. Chamber Healthy Extras including…

Staff Rewards Portal

A great way to help save money on everyday items, this online portal allows people to access offers and savings on a huge range of goods and services from hundreds of leading high street and online retailers. By connecting with the Westfield Rewards website, your people can make use of discount codes or purchase reloadable cards. The savings they make are often on top of sale prices, money off vouchers and online promotions, so their money goes even further.

Employee 24 hour advice and information helpline

This service gives your people access to confidential guidance on medical, legal or domestic issues from qualified counsellors, legal advisors and nurses. From stress, bereavement or relationship advice to health and money worries, they’ll be able to talk to a qualified counsellor any time of day or night.

For those members who already offer an employee benefit programme, Chamber Healthy Extras is designed to enhance your offering. It’s worth noting the benefits now included in Chamber membership for staff are not a P11D benefit so there is no tax implication for staff – in effect it’s a tax free pay increase at minimal cost to you!

Chamber Healthy Extras is included with membership for businesses with up to 99 employees. Businesses with 100+ employees will receive platinum membership to the Directors Club free-of-charge included in their membership in place of Chamber Healthy Extras. However, these businesses can choose to add Healthy Extras to their membership for a bolt on fee of 23p per employee per month.

2. Employee Wellbeing Plan

Your wellbeing resource centre. There are many aspects to healthy living – striking a balance between them can help you to live a healthier, happier life. Browse the topics and find the factsheets, videos, podcasts and training plans that are most relevant to you. Understanding how to put your physical and emotional health first, and why it’s important, is a great place to start on your journey to a healthier life.

3. Online member portal

You’ll soon be able to log in to your own Chamber member portal through our website and access a member directory (you control if you list), post your news in the member news area, list your own events in the events calendar, and offer discounts to other members!

4. Free consultation with Quest

You’ll be able to book in for a free 1-2-1 consultation with Chamber Protect provider Quest. Get an expert review on your HR and H&S compliance and current business support services providers to ensure you are making the most of your membership.

5. Chamber IT Solutions

Our new IT service is provided in partnership with David Allen IT and includes a review of your IT systems as well as your cyber security. Both services are free of charge with no obligation to any follow up actions.

6. Merchant Services Review

Members taking card payments can take advantage of a free review of their merchant services contract with our partner Barclaycard. Service is free of charge with no obligation to any follow up actions.
