Travel Checklist – rules on business travel

Under the current restrictions, travelling abroad is unlikely. It’s illegal to travel for holidays and you must have a legally permitted reason if you do travel.

If travel to another country is required for work purposes you should check:

  • If you need to apply for a work permit, documentation, or visa for the country you’re visiting
  • You have a completed Declaration to Travel document
  • You are aware of any quarantining rules of the country you’re travelling to, and the isolation requirements when returning to the UK
