Applicants will receive full training in the correct service of alcoholic drinks, wine and soft drinks, hot beverages, how to wait on tables including correct clearing procedures and some silver service. Also, how to take restaurant reservations, greet guests and good customer service. They will also learn the importance of keeping the workplace clean and tidy and to a high standard and stock rotation.
Essential skills and requirements:
Some experience of hospitality or customer service preferred but not essential.
30-35 hours. Varied shifts between 9 am to 3pm, 11-4pm, 12-6pm and 6.30-10pm or lock up (depending on guests leaving/going to bed this is no later than midnight on rare occasions) and generally about 11pm.
