Razzamataz Theatre Schools LTD (RTSL) is a multi award winning children’s theatre school franchise as seen on BBC’s Dragons Den. Our ethos is to provide high quality performing arts sessions to young people across the UK. Our second most important focus is to support our franchise network of like minded individuals and independent business owners.

RTSL is an exciting network of 50 franchised schools in the UK we are looking for an administrative assistant to join our conscientious team.

Your main tasks will be answering emails, calls, managing social media, ensuring deadlines are met and communicating with the head office team and franchisees. You must be confident in using Microsoft Word and Excel as your role will include updating spreadsheets.

A successful candidate will: · Be an effective communicator · Be computer literate · Be polite and well-mannered · Be well organised · Be able to follow instructions · Be educated to at least GCSE level in English and Maths · Have some interest in per-forming arts. You would be able to work remotely however you would be expected to attending meetings when necessary via zoom or in person. As a successful candi-date you would be offered training to start with and initially we would work closely with you to ensure you are confident in all aspects of the job.

Working pattern:
37 hours. Monday – Friday
