Ideally good at communicating both in person and online and with demonstrable IT experience, the successful candidate will oversee the development of the day to day office environment and will ensure that we continue to surprise and delight our partners, counsellors and clients with great communication and support.

This is a great role for those who like to dabble in a variety of tasks and would like to learn how to multitask with ease.

Day to day responsibilities of the role will include:
• Close collaboration with the team to understand our values, our service and the needs of our users, counsellors and partners in order to communicate effectively.
• Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
• Customer service
• Document Management
• Filing
• Sorting and sending out mail
• Typing
• Minute taking
• General clerical duties
• Data gathering
• Attendance at Team meetings
• And any other duties required as part of the role

Working as part of a small team that is largely dispersed across the UK, you will be reliable, and able to work alone. Professional Help Limited works closely with our sister organisation, GriefChat Ltd and there will be opportunities to work across both businesses, as we enjoy a high level of crossover between our teams and projects.

Essential skills and requirements:
Good communication particularly via telephone, a reasonable level of IT skills and good attention to detail.
A willingness and desire to learn and get involved.

Working pattern:
35 hours Monday-Friday, 9-5 with some flexibility.

Hourly rate of pay:
National Minimum Wage+
