The placement will involve dealing with customers throughout their entire experience so will require someone with the confidence and skills to hold a conversation, build a rapport and adapt to the customer type. Main responsibilities will be to greet customers on arrival and give details about the activity they will be playing. You will then accompany the customers throughout, giving instructions and encouraging them during their game play. Afterwards you will need to reset the game so attention to detail and the ability to follow written instruction is paramount.
Practical skills would be an advantage as we also build new experiences and props in house as would any marketing/digital media skills.
Essential skills and requirements:
Customer focussed, high energy, confident and outgoing are necessary skills to be able to provide the excellent experience we strive to provide. No experience or qualifications are required, we are more about the person and the spark they can bring.
Working pattern:Customer Experience Host
25 hours. Working pattern would change each week but involves weekend and evenings.
