The role is to assist in day to management and promotion of a new social media channel to promote the sales of coffee and tea through our revamped website.
Support the Office and Finance Manager in general administration in respect of processing web and telephone orders.
Carry out general administration duties as required associated with the day to day administration of the business.
Key tasks will be
• Posting relevant content on social media
• Interacting with customers
• Filing of web orders
• Processing customer requirements
• Answering the telephone
• Posting new content on the website
• Assisting with input on all social media channels the company uses
• Assisting with the input of information to our accounts program
Essential skills and requirements:
English, Maths, at GCSE grade 4 or above
Good understanding of Social Media
Organised and Methodical in working
25 hours. Monday to Friday
May be some weekend working.
