Job description:
Harmony EPoS supply and maintain EPoS Touch Screens and all related hardware and software to hospitality and retails businesses throughout Cumbria and Lancashire.

We require an individual whose tasks will include:-

Setting up Hospitality EPoS systems ready for delivery – this includes programming food and drink menus into EPoS Touch Screen software + testing prior to installation.

Setting up Retail EPoS systems ready for delivery – this includes programming initial product file into EPoS Touch Screen software + testing prior to installation.

Supporting customers over the phone, remotely using computer software and at their business premises. Support includes assisting with operational and programming queries, trouble-shooting.

Promote the company – i.e. courtessy phone calls, social media, email marketing.

Utilising CRM,Support Desk and other software to perform your tasks.

Essential skills and requirements:
Good understanding of a Windows environment including routers, network devices.
Ideally a minimum of 5 x GCSE inc Maths, English, ICT

Working pattern:
25 hours minimum. Tuesday to Thursday – 9.30am to 4.30pm
Friday – 10.30am to 4.30
Half Hour Lunch

Hourly rate of pay:
National Minimum Wage +
