The role will be to support our recruitment consultants, the main focus of the role will be on the candidate side initially (job seekers).
You will also be assisting the recruitment consultants in recruitment searches, which will involve searching the CV databases of well-known job boards like TotalJobs, Reed.co.uk and Jobsite as well as LinkedIn. You will also search on our own candidate CV database.
You will also do search and research to find potential companies that are currently hiring in our areas of specialism, these leads will be then passed over to a consultant to develop.
Once you are confident in searching and research we will involve you in interviewing candidates, this will be primarily done over the telephone, you will discuss aspects of their CV, and find out what kind of role they would be best suited to, and then present suitable roles to them.
Essential skills and requirements:
We ideally need people with either a university degree or A’levels (or equivalent)
You must be a good communicator and be comfortable doing telephone work
25 hours at least (we may up the placement to 39 hours potentially). 9am to 2pm daily.
If the candidate enjoys the work, we will consider upping the hours to our standard day of 8.30-5.30. We finish at 4.30 on Fridays. May consider 3 day pattern also
