Job description:
Duties will include (though not an exhaustive list):
• Answering the telephone and greeting visitors;
• Managing and preparing for use the various meeting rooms;
• Filing, photocopying, printing and other general office duties;
• Presentation of the reception area;
• Receiving post and deliveries;
• Supporting the business administrators;
• Booking travel and hotel accommodation.

Essential skills and requirements:
The successful applicant is likely to have:
• Some office experience;
• Good ability and accuracy in their written work;
• A sound knowledge of Microsoft office software;
• An ability to work in, and as, a team;
• A ‘right first time’ attitude and real pride in the quality of their work;
• A strong work ethic;
• A fun, welcoming and professional personality;
• An ability to multi-task;
• A willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working pattern:
25 hours. Monday – Friday 07.00 – 12.00, Monday – Friday 12.00 – 17.00

Hourly rate of pay:
National Minimum Wage
