The job role will include – preparation and cooking of a full a la carte breakfast menu, along with preparation of the breakfast buffet items. We will also provide training on preparation of an Afternoon Tea, so making scones, making finger sandwiches and some pastry work. Also, the full hygiene, health & safety aspects will be covered with plenty of cleaning. And finally, we also prepare and serve a light evening menu which will also require preparation and service.

26-40 hours dependant on candidate. 8-12 and 5-9 for 3 days, 8-2 for 2 days each week but can be adjusted (increased or reduced dependant on candidate)
