To provide general assistance to the day-to-day operations of Brampton Community Centre. Duties will primarily include taking bookings, answering/dealing with customer queries in person, by telephone, and via email, and some light cleaning duties may be required from time to time. Due to the nature of working within a community organisation, the requirements will vary on a day-to-day basis.
Due to the nature of this role an enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate. The cost of this will be met by the employer.
Essential skills and requirements:
No formal qualifications required, however, excellent people skills, and competence in using computer systems are essential
25 hours. Monday – Saturday (to be discussed).
