Job description:
We’re looking for someone with a flair for writing and a passion for sharing engaging content across a variety of channels including social media, audio and video.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Researching and writing copy for blog posts and email campaigns
• Supporting clients with content planning and writing
• Planning, recording and editing podcast and video content
• Managing our social media accounts
• Supporting the creation of internal collateral, such as brochures or case studies
• Creating graphics to promote content across social media channels

Key skills required are:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Great attention for detail, especially in proofreading
• Being clear in all forms of communication
• The ability to recognise relevant points from podcasts and videos and use these to create engaging social media content
• Familiarity with video/audio editing software (or a willingness to learn)
• Managing time and being able to adapt to changing priorities
• Working to tight deadlines under pressure
• A working knowledge of basic HTML
• An interest in graphic design, photography and video will be a distinct advantage

Candidates should be familiar with using web-based software and MS Office based tools. They would also be expected to be social media users with an awareness of the features within each major platform (eg. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).

Essential skills and requirements:
Candidates would be expected to have a strong grasp of English with a high grade GCSE qualification as a minimum. Other relevant educational backgrounds can be arts, media studies, or business administration.

Working pattern:
25 – 37.5 hours (tbc). To be agreed at interview. Standard working hours are between 9 – 5pm Monday – Friday.

£10ph
