Domestic abuse is endemic. Cumbria Police respond to 7,500 incidents every year, of which 4,500 are logged as crimes.
In this podcast, Detective Superintendent Vicki Ellis sets out how employers spot warning signs, which may indicate that an employee is suffering domestic abuse, and how they can support staff who are victims of abuse.
