Skill Requirements

Key responsibilities: Administration:
  • Inspect, record and test warranty claims across our brand portfolio

  • Provide feedback on and respond to warranty claim queries via phone and email

  • Respond to other queries related to products, orders and deliveries via phone and email

  • Negotiate resolutions

  • Process all returns using our CRM system

    Operations:
  • Carry out repairs on returned product where appropriate in-line with brand sustainability aims

  • Ensure repairs are carried out to a high quality and in a timely manner

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of spare parts for the repair workshop

  • Ensure the smooth running of the workshop area(s)

  • Maintain technical, brand and product knowledge and qualifications - where applicable

    What we need from you
  • Competent with Microsoft Office 365

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Be organised, with excellent attention to detail

  • Be self-motivated and happy to work as a team member

  • Be willing to undertake personal training and development

  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude

    Hours of work This is a full-time position which equates to a 37.5-hour week. Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:30 to 14:00.
