Telesales Level 2:  Structuring a Sales Call

Following on from attending the Telesales & Lead Generation Workshop, this Level 2 session taking place at Newton Rigg Conference Centre, Penrith, 8th May 9:30 to 4:30 is designed to hone delegates’ skills even further. Whether the objective of a call is to make a sale, extend an exhibition invitation to a client or to arrange a meeting, we build on the basic knowledge and understanding already gained, and focus on structuring the perfect call.


Join Justine Douglas of CTS and Cumbria Chamber of Commerce to find out how structuring a call, questioning and listening, and preparing for objections are essential steps in building confidence, overcoming objections and successfully delivering outcomes.

*This will be a practical session and delegates are asked to come to the workshop with a specific call objective in mind as they will use this example throughout the day to practice the skills gained from both workshops.  Call exercises will be recorded and used to gain invaluable feedback.

Delegates will be given a template to work through during the workshop and time will be set aside to practice each stage of the call.

At the end of the workshop each delegate will leave with a completed call structure which will be specific to their companies’ products and/or services and tailored to their specific call objective.  Delegates will be able to refer to this structure every time they make a sales call.

By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to: –

  • Understand the importance of call structuring
  • Structure a sales call using the template provided
  • Begin the call with a confident introduction
  • Use a variety of questioning techniques
  • Identify, address and overcome objections
  • Effectively close the call
  • Identify personal strengths and weaknesses
  • Create an action plan that identifies improvements
