Staff Poor Performance
Most organisations will have individuals who are under-performing – lack of productivity, poor quality work, inflexibility or just an awkward, obstructive attitude. This often goes unchallenged with as organisations tolerate the limitations and foibles of under-performing staff.
This all impacts on efficiency and flexibility and also drags down the morale of other staff. During these challenging times, it’s key that staff are “up to scratch”.
Join Cumbria Chamber of Commerce alongside Michael Bauer of Cumbria Employment Solicitors on Thursday, 6th May 2021 from 10am-1pm plus Q&A for this excellent and practical training.
This practical and “can-do” training will show how straightforward employment law techniques can be used to tackle under-performance. The session will cover:

- Alternative solutions – mediations, “off the record” discussions/settlement agreements
In essence, the training will show you how to tackle under-performing staff and get the best out of your staff with the minimum of risk, hassle and cost.
