“Unprecedented” has been a much used word over the last 10 months or so but it is undoubtedly accurate when used to describe the impact the pandemic has had on employers and employment law.
Employment law is constantly changing but the pace of change in 2020/21 and the challenges employers have and are still facing has been beyond compare.

The training will cover the key developments in 2020 (including those COVID-19 related matters that will have a future impact) and will look ahead to changes in the law that are anticipated in 2021.
The training will be practical and down-to earth and will give you clear and straightforward guidance on what you should be looking out for and how you should adapt to comply with/benefit from the latest changes to employment law.
This practical training and “can do” training will be a round-up of the most important employment law developments in 2020/21, including in relation to:
- Employment status;
