Leading Remote Teams.
Our businesses have previously seen us invent management approaches that increased our production, efficiently and reliability. Now, we’re faced with more turbulence and uncertainty. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed how most businesses and individuals work.
Within the everchanging environment, results are dependent upon collaboration and teamwork, and the previous organisation systems used will not succeed in the current climate. Businesses in which people come together to collaborate and adapt, will overcome the complex new challenges.
Many businesses have staff working remotely. If you’re faced with challenges of leading teams remotely, then join Cumbria Chamber of Commerce for a 3-session training programme, with Andy James of Performance Development Consulting that will cover:
- How to establish environments that motivate people to collaborate, share ideas, work smarter and embrace change, by tapping into the ‘seeking system’ – the part of the brain that rewards us for taking part in these activities.
- How to encourage people to bring their best selves to work and use their greatest strengths to help your organisation to flourish.
- How to create an environment that enables constructive disagreement in order to get the best outcomes.
- How to enhance people’s connection to their work.
- How to help teams to become more adaptable and resilient.
The programme will be delivered in a ‘3:3:3’ format – 3 interactive modules, each of 3 hours, over a 3-week period. Each module will provide practical tools that you’ll be challenged to immediately apply in your teams. You’ll be encouraged to share your experience and insights with others on the programme through use of collaborative tools.
More than ever before, engagement and creativity are needed for teams to succeed, despite working remotely. It won’t take an extensive overhaul of your organisation’s culture to get started. With small nudges, you can help teams and people to reach their potential.
The price of this workshop is £435+VAT, or offered at a discounted price for Chamber Members £285+VAT. To book your place(s) please – BOOK HERE.
