The mission of all managers is to ensure employee productivity, but those new to management can initially find the responsibility and challenge of handling their team members and maximising team performance very daunting.
This online workshop focuses on those vital skills necessary for motivating employees, keeping them productive and committed. It aims to arm delegates with the knowledge and skills to help them make a success of their new role within the organisation.
Session 1 – Thursday, 2nd December, 10am-1pm

Session 2 – Thursday, 9th December, 10am-1pm
- Building relationships
- Managing expectations, 360 degree feedback and Personal Development planning for teams.
- Managing poor performance
- Self improvement
- Identifying the right candidate for a position.
- Job role planning
- Interview techniques.
Session 3 – Thursday, 16th December, 10am-12pm
- Role Plays – scenario bespoke to each specific delegate’s role
- Poor performance
- Task delegation
- Up managing your own line manger
- Personal learning plans
The standard rate for this bootcamp is £275+VAT for non-members, or offered at a discounted rate of £195+VAT for Chamber members.
