Managing Challenging Customers in Hospitality – Online Training – 17th November – Cumbria Chamber of Commerce

The hospitality industry is currently experiencing some of the most challenging conditions in living memory.

Dealing with guest conflict is one of the most difficult issues you or your employee can face. Poorly managed conflict situations and unhelpful behaviour from your clients can escalate, leading to permanent scars on the reputation of your business, which often results in a significant loss of revenue.

Join Cumbria Chamber of Commerce and Phil Newton of the Skills Shop at 10am, 17th November, for this one hour live online training session that will help you learn successful strategies for conflict resolution.

During the session you will learn:

  • Why Conflict Occurs (15 mins)
  • Human Response to Conflict (15 mins)
  • How to correctly read body language (taking into account face coverings) (10 minutes)
  • Strategies to turn challenging customers into raving fans (20 minutes)

The delegate rate for this one hour online session is £25 +VAT members / £45 +VAT non-members.
