In-person Training – Managing the High Performing Hybrid Workplace – Tuesday, 5th July with Cumbria Chamber of Commerce and Seek First Ltd

So we’re getting back to work in a new way, it’s a hybrid model, sometimes face to face and sometimes working from home.

One of the biggest new challenges facing employers is managing the dynamics of virtual teams. If lockdown taught us anything in terms of team dynamics it was that being face to face with others is completely different to having a screen between us.

How do we adapt to constantly changing interactions? How can we be sure that our message is getting across in both scenarios?

This one-day C-me Foundation workshop holds the key. Our High Performance Plus Report contains the Remote Working Chapter. This chapter has been specifically developed to show how the different colour energies both thrive and struggle when working from home.

This is vital and crucial information for employers in this new hybrid economy. Being able to maximise team performance in an ever-changing workplace is something we’ve never really
had to contend with.

Take the opportunity of finding out how your behavioural and communication preferences impact you when you’re in the office and when you’re working from home. Understanding
how employees behave, react and engage with others plays a key role in the development of hybrid workplace dynamics.

As we know, better teamwork increases productivity and performance, as well as enhancing relationships. Join Cumbria Chamber of Commerce alongside Seek First Ltd for this all-day workshop on Tuesday, 5th July 9.30am-5pm at Cumbria Chamber Head Office, Carlisle.

Those attending this workshop will:

  • Gain a clearer understanding of their individual strengths
  • Learn how to get the best out of others in the team
  • Create a common language to communicate and connect better
  • Appreciate each other’s strengths and the value each person brings
  • Strengthen team cohesion
  • Create action plans to help embed ongoing development

Each delegate on this workshop will receive a C-me High Performance Plus Report (containing their Remote Working Chapter), a set of Colour Energy Blocks. There is an optional 1-hour profile feedback with the consultant leading the workshop.
