Chamber Finance Hotline

In response to this the British Chambers of Commerce, in partnership with their commercial banking partners NatWest & RBS, have launched the Chamber Finance Hotline in response to the needs expressed by many of our members for greater access to banking expertise.
THE SCHEME
With the Chamber Finance Hotline you are only a telephone call away from a team of experienced banking experts who have extensive knowledge of working with companies across all industry sectors, and can give your business a real edge in today’s challenging trading environment.
Not only this, but you don’t have to bank with NatWest or RBS to use this service! It’s free and it’s available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
The Chamber Finance Hotline is an additional service that complements the existing business services that are offered by NatWest and RBS. If you bank with NatWest or RBS, the Chamber Finance Hotline team will work together with your relationship manager to make sure you get the best support and guidance, allowing you to make the best decisions for your business.
However, even if you bank elsewhere, don’t worry, the Chamber Finance Hotline team will provide you with impartial advice and will be happy to talk to you to understand your business needs and assist you as appropriate.
The Chamber Finance Hotline team are able to help you with a wide range of banking issues, and Chamber members that are seeking financial advice and help with queries brought about by the current economic environment will undoubtedly benefit from this excellent free service.
